As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Under the guidance of the Store Manager, your daily responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, gaining in-depth knowledge of our offerings, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining an organized and welcoming sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving store sales and service objectives as directed by management.
- Exemplify leadership by supporting store management in fostering accountability for profitability and safe operational practices.
- Maintain a prominent and positive presence on the sales floor.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and efforts across all business channels.
- Embrace and promote the company's mission and goals, including relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and tablet devices.
- Preferred experience of 6 months in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet company standards in sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork.
- Engage customers through creative demonstrations and activities that promote the brand.
- Stay informed about current product offerings and marketing initiatives.
- Understand and comply with all store processes and safety standards.
- Maintain awareness of loss prevention and security protocols as outlined by management.
