Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Position

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to fill a Labor and Delivery position in a reputable healthcare facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Labor and Delivery RN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing high-quality patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Labor and Delivery care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Labor and Delivery.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
