About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a key member of our Bakery Department, you will be responsible for producing and packaging a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and sweet treats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake, produce, and package a range of baked goods to meet customer demand
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure a clean and well-stocked bakery environment, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Contribute to the success of the bakery by implementing effective procedures for stocking, rotating, and merchandising products
  • Assist with daily deliveries and stock management, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency
