We are seeking an experienced Residential Sales Advisor to join our team at Eskaton. As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for communicating sales and contractual information to prospective clients and their families, managing sales cycles, and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Closes sales cycles to increase occupancy in accordance with business and marketing plans.
- Coordinates activities needed for the sales cycle, including visiting prospects' homes, healthcare providers, and other locations.
- Responds promptly to every lead source, incoming telephone call, or in-person inquiry from all referral sources, prospective residents, and families.
- Education: Minimum two years of college study in sales, health, or human services required (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: At least three years' experience in sales with a proven track record and ability to build effective relationships.
- Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, as well as computer literacy with Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
