Transaction Management Associate

About the Opportunity: Join Colliers International as a Transaction Management Associate and contribute to the success of our commercial real estate team. You will provide administrative support, manage transactions, and assist with marketing efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support transaction management, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates to clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to prepare lease offers to government agencies
  • Foster relationships with clients and team members by attending local business events, networking, and participating in client meetings
  • Manage executed lease/amendment paperwork, collect relevant documentation, send tenant/property eblasts, create market surveys, schedule tenant tours, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of government properties and leases
  • Provide administrative support through database management, CRM maintenance, invoicing, financial tracking, and reporting
  • Contribute to the creation of presentation materials and coordination of business content for proposals and ad hoc research projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment (preferably real estate, sales, legal, architectural, construction, or related)
  • Commercial real estate experience or government knowledge is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is a plus
  • Highly skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Annual Salary: Estimated range: $70,000 - $100,000, based on experience.
