KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office and its staff.
  • Encourage a welcoming environment that promotes excellent service for our patrons.
  • Supervise front desk personnel.
  • Welcome guests, facilitate check-ins, distribute room keys, and guide guests to their accommodations.
  • Address guest inquiries in person or via telephone.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and assisting with reservations for dining, entertainment, and transportation.
  • Resolve any guest issues or complaints effectively.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as answering calls, taking messages, managing reservations, and handling documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one to three months of relevant experience or training.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Prior experience in hospitality management is advantageous.
  • Must be capable of handling physical tasks associated with the role.
