Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Skilled Nursing Care: Develop and implement individualized plans of care for pediatric patients, ensuring their medical needs are met and their comfort and well-being are prioritized.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of pediatric patients to identify their unique needs and develop targeted care plans.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and documentation.
  • Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN Licensure: Must have current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Pediatric Experience: A minimum of one year experience as an RN, with pediatric experience preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and move with ease, with frequent travel to patient homes.
