Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team at Target. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and processing transactions
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time
