Key Highlights
  • Home Time: Out for 18 days, home for 3.
  • Coverage: Primarily East of I-35, but you'll go wherever the freight takes you.
  • Mileage: Drivers average 2,200+ miles per week.
  • Pay: cpm based on Experience.
  • Freight: 100% no-touch freight; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.
  • Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
  • Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.
  • Support: 24/7 access to operations specialists ready to assist you.
  • Requirements: Experience minimum of 3 months, Class A CDL, and must be able to pass drug screening.
Benefits
  • Length of Haul: Average of over 600 miles per trip.
  • Vacation Package:
    • 1 year = 1 week
    • 3 years = 2 weeks
    • 7 years = 3 weeks
    • 15 years = 4 weeks
  • Compensation:
    • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
    • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
    • Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.
