The Opportunity:

We are in search of engineers with commercial experience in front-end UI development, particularly in creating sophisticated web applications (examples include enterprise software solutions like Workday, SAP, Oracle). The ideal candidate should have a background in software companies, focusing on the development of robust applications rather than simple websites or internal tools. Candidates with experience in banking or healthcare website development may not align with our needs. This role requires hands-on coding as an individual contributor, not in a managerial capacity.

Overview of Our Technology Stack: Our platform software is an HTML5/CSS3 application crafted in Typescript and transpiled to ES6. It operates on an XML metadata-driven framework developed entirely in-house. The platform employs plugins to enhance functionality for content editing and formatting, such as TinyMCE for content editing, and other tools for document annotations and video/image capture. The application is highly interactive and necessitates a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, including promises, events, DOM manipulation, local storage/indexedDB, and micro-service request/response handling.
