Job Summary

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction using integrative technologies to support student learning and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Instruction: Teach courses via on-ground and online modalities as assigned, including evening, off-campus, and distance-based courses.
  • Grading and Feedback: Post grades during the term for student feedback and submit final grades for each semester by the established deadline.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete required College trainings, submit required reports, and advise the Program Chair or Dean as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Regularly check email and respond to messages within 48 hours, and attend meetings as requested by the Program Chair and/or Dean.
Minimum Qualifications

A Master's degree in Engineering or a related field with at least eighteen (18) credit hours in graduate-level Engineering from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Collegiate-level teaching experience and knowledge of instructional delivery modes are preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a diverse faculty, staff, and student population, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate for this position is $600 per credit hour.
