Production Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at Holcim (US) Inc. in Coalville, Utah. As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and monitoring the efficient operation of all production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and monitor efficient operation of all production processes
- Perform routine operation and preventative maintenance inspections of process equipment
- Report all unusual conditions and prepare work orders for maintenance when required
- Operate Front end Loader, Skid Steer, forklift, various Screening and crushing systems, and other equipment
- Monitor and record material inventories
- As directed, lubricate, inspect, adjust or make repairs to process equipment
- Completion of the Area Safety Inspection, Mobile Equipment Checklist and any other documentation as required
- Operate and perform duties at rail car loadout
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Production or other plant related experience strongly desired
- Knowledge of the aggregate manufacturing process and equipment a plus
- Must have basic computer skills
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Strong work standards and attendance record
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and work in both hot and cold environments
- Must be able to work in awkward positions for short periods of time
- Must be able to work in confined areas and not have a fear of heights
