About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Sports Coordinator to join our team at i9 Sports - Central San Mateo County, CA. As a Sports Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class experience for our players, coaches, and parents. You'll work closely with our coaches, volunteers, and staff to ensure our programs are running smoothly and our participants are having a blast

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to players, coaches, and parents.
  • Assist coaches in developing and delivering practice plans.
  • Build relationships with players, parents, and coaches to enhance the i9 Sports Experience.
  • Ensure the instructional aspects of our program are delivered.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in youth sports or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, Saturdays, and occasional weekday meetings.
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.

Salary Estimate:$55,000 - $75,000 per year based on location and experience.
