Job Overview

V R Della Infotech Inc is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Norman Regional Campus. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nutrition care to our patients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of the Food & Nutrition Services department to ensure quality services, including patient services, retail services, catering services, and in-patient clinical services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and coordinate process improvement projects to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
  • Lead teams and establish deliverables to provide innovative culinary solutions that meet the health system's mission, vision, and values.
  • Specialize in the planning, management, and execution of patient-centered projects that align with the health system's strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and an Oklahoma State license. (Must achieve registration within the first 6 months of eligibility or hire date.)
  • Must obtain a food handler's permit from Cleveland County Health department before hire (or within one week of hire).
  • Six months of clinical experience in an acute care facility (preferred).
  • Knowledge of different formulas for assessing patient nutritional needs and completion of general and patient care orientation prior to providing patient care.
Additional Requirements

Weekend requirements: Some weekends. On-call requirements: None.
