Role Overview:
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Thrive in an outpatient orthopedic environment
- Be dedicated to patient education and delivering high-quality care in a one-on-one treatment setting.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Preferred experience in an outpatient setting.
- Active Physical Therapy license.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000, with a potential bonus of $5,000 based on experience.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance; Flexible Spending Account (FSA); Short-Term Disability (STD), Long-Term Disability (LTD), and Life Insurance.
- 401(k) plan with matching contributions.
- 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) plus 10 paid company holidays.
- Continuing Education Stipend.
