About the RoleThe successful candidate will work in various departments across Mass General Brigham, providing direct and indirect patient care using evidence-based practices and protocols. The RN will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities- Delivering Patient-Centered Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Collaborating with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Ensuring Patient Safety: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, implementing strategies to prevent errors and promote a culture of safety.
- Documenting Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Maintaining Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, technologies, and best practices in nursing, attending relevant conferences and workshops to enhance clinical expertise.
- Current MA RN License Required: Possess a valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license and meet all state requirements.
- Minimum of 1-2 Years Nursing Experience: Have at least one to two years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in a float pool or similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Competitive Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year: Based on experience and qualifications, this role offers a competitive salary range that reflects the value and dedication of our team members.
