Key Responsibilities- Delivering Patient-Centered Care: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
- Collaborating with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Ensuring Patient Safety: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks, implementing strategies to prevent errors and promote a culture of safety.
- Documenting Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Maintaining Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, technologies, and best practices in nursing, attending relevant conferences and workshops to enhance clinical expertise.
- Current MA RN License Required: Possess a valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license and meet all state requirements.
- Minimum of 1-2 Years Nursing Experience: Have at least one to two years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in a float pool or similar role.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: Hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Competitive Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year: Based on experience and qualifications, this role offers a competitive salary range that reflects the value and dedication of our team members.
