Join Our Team as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Northwestern Healthcare Center. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal and nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
  • Facilitate and conduct activities that promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
  • Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
  • Assist in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Prior work/life experiences involving independent decision making.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desirable.
