",As a Certified Surgical Technologist II, you will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available for procedures. Your knowledge and skills will enable you to function autonomously as a member of the operating room team, working collaboratively with nurses and surgeons to deliver exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities
",Your key responsibilities will include:- Preparing sterile supplies and equipment used in surgical procedures.
- Performing room duties involved with direct patient care.
- Maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication.
- Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
",To be successful in this role, you will need to have:- A degree from an accredited surgical technology program or military program.
- At least two years of experience working in an operating room setting.
- Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (formerly LCC-ST).
- Current Basic Life Support certification.
