Facilities Attendant

We are seeking a part-time facilities attendant to join our team at Lone Rock Foundation. As a facilities attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our 7-acre campus, including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Accommodate guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all guest and heart of house spaces
- Assist with luggage delivery and stripping of guest room linen
- Participate in property resets and cleaning on arrival and departure days of groups
To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift 50lbs and walk, bend, and climb stairs at altitudes up to 9,000 feet. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
