Job Summary:
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes in Goldsboro, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with complex medical needs, including tracheostomy care, gastrostomy tube management, and oxygen therapy.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients' responses to interventions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, medication adherence, and self-care techniques.

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina.
- Current Health Certificate.
