Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail operations at Apex Innovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement effective store layouts, visual merchandising, and promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and stock levels to ensure optimal profitability.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar retail leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
