Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Nursing Staff: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to our nursing team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Implement Evidence-Based Practice: Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and implement them in our patient care settings to improve patient outcomes.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged in the patient's care.
  • Manage Resources: Effectively manage resources, including staff, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that our patient care settings are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: A Registered Nurse Diploma is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • Experience: None required, but experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Certifications: A current RN License in the state of practice is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is also required. Certification in a clinical specialty area is preferred.
