Job Summary
Torchy's Tacos is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
- Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a restaurant bartender
- Current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
- Ability to work varied schedules and hours depending on business needs
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
