Responsibilities:
Provide excellent client service to multi-state companies with property tax compliance
Evaluate information presented on property tax returns before, during, and after preparation
Assist in property tax bill payment and return preparation using Property Tax Management Services (PTMS)
Review assessment notices to identify any discrepancies
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of experience in personal property tax compliance preparing property tax returns, bill payments, and valuation notices using PTMS
Bachelor's degree or J.D., LL.M. in taxation, or Master's in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university in Accounting, Finance, and/or Real Estate, CMI (Certified Member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation)
Experience with various other taxes and their impact on property tax
Strong knowledge of the development, planning, and execution related to property tax
