About the Role:

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, providing personalized care and support to help individuals achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence and self-advocacy

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
