Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gas distribution systems, including pipes, valves, and regulators.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to gas service, including high-bill issues and metering equipment problems.
  • Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, boring machines, and hydraulic tools to perform construction and maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in gas distribution or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of experience in gas distribution or a related field.
  • Knowledge of gas distribution systems and regulatory requirements.
