We are seeking a highly motivated Perishable Associate to join our team at Food Lion. As a key member of our grocery department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our perishable products meet the highest standards.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Perishable Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, with a focus on the perishable department
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Assisting with ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise
• Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an asset

Compensation and Benefits
