Position Overview:
The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that Rosenbauer is known for. This position involves a comprehensive inspection of each fire truck to confirm compliance with our rigorous quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-process and final inspections in accordance with the RMN Quality Management System and customer specifications.
2. Execute truck shipping duties by adhering to established quality processes.
3. Perform audits on inspection documentation to ensure all findings are addressed.
4. Verify that all trucks meet engineering standards and NFPA regulations.
5. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of ISO 9001 standards and ensure compliance.
6. Communicate findings effectively through detailed technical reports and verbal interactions.
7. Provide assistance in testing and detailing as required.
8. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational goals.

Tools Utilized:
Hand tools, power tools, grinders, cut-off wheels, tape measures, and pressure washers.
