Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain an active client base through effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems
  • Provide exceptional service and hospitality to members, including executing fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services
  • Develop and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
Requirements
  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding fitness
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer and technology skills
