Kaizen Associate

We are seeking a skilled Kaizen Associate for our client in Fairfield, OH. As a Kaizen Associate, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and increasing efficiency in our manufacturing facility.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions, and implementing changes to increase productivity and reduce costs. You will work closely with the production team to analyze processes and develop strategies to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the production team to develop and implement process improvements
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in manufacturing or a related field preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift 32 pounds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
