Field Service Engineer II X-Ray Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer II X-Ray Specialist to join our team at 626 Holdings, LLC. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing medical imaging equipment, including X-ray and cath lab systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment, including X-ray and high-level electro-mechanical systems.
- Travel to customer sites to perform technical support and troubleshooting services.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including calibrations and verifications of system specifications.
- Accurately document all service activities in accordance with company quality standards.
- Assess, calibrate, and maintain test equipment.
- Submit field service reports in a timely manner.
- Communicate with account managers on services provided.
- Manage and maintain company assets required to perform job functions.
Requirements:
- Formal training and field experience in medical imaging equipment repair and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and travel to customer sites as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
