Assembly and Installation Role

JARBO is looking for a skilled Manufacturing Technician - Assembly Expert to join our team. As an Assembly and Installation Specialist, you will play a critical role in installing cabinets, shelving, desk, cables, and other components inside of a box truck. These mobile working stations will enable utility infrastructure inspectors to perform their duties efficiently.

This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read and interpret technical documents, and effective use of hand and power tools. You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality installations and maintain a safe working environment. Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, PTO, holiday pay, sick time, 401K with company match, disability/life insurance, and a great work-life balance with a standard 40 hour work week. Our shop environment is laid-back, with music playing through a sound system and a partially climate-controlled space.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Install cabinets, shelving, desk, cables, and other components inside of a box truck
* Read and interpret technical documents, such as work instructions, manuals, and blueprints
* Use hand and power tools to assemble and install fixtures
* Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety protocols
* 2+ years of experience in assembly, fabrication or a related hands-on field
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs
* Ability to read basic drawing dimensions and assembly instructions
* High-attention to detail with a focus on quality
* Ability to effectively use hand/power tools
