ServiceNow CMDB Architect

Compu-Vision Consulting seeks a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Subject Matter Expert to lead our team in delivering high-quality IT Service Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with CMDB projects, a strong understanding of ITIL framework, and expertise in ServiceNow CMDB.

As a ServiceNow CMDB Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CMDB processes and configurations to ensure data integrity and consistency. You will work closely with our IT teams to identify and map Configuration Items, relationships, and dependencies within the CMDB.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in CMDB and ServiceNow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience working with CMDB in an enterprise environment.

• Lead CMDB projects from inception to completion with current expertise in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Establish and implement best practices for the CMDB process.
• Work closely with a Senior Project Manager and train team members.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on CMDB processes, tools, and best practices.
