Compensation:
$20.00 to $21.50 per hour

All roles come with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement, including pay increases, complimentary meals, and additional benefits.

Our pay structure is transparent, with raises awarded as training milestones are achieved; we value results and contributions to our team.

It is common for new hires to receive multiple raises within their first year.

The position of Cook / Culinary Team Member can be offered as either part-time or full-time employment.

Prior experience in similar roles at reputable establishments is highly regarded, including positions such as cook, grill cook, prep cook, line cook, or other back-of-house roles.

Responsibilities and RequirementsKey Duties:
  • Prepare meals to order, ensuring freshness at all times.
  • Efficiently and accurately fulfill customer orders.
  • Previous cooking experience is strongly preferred.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule.
  • A friendly and diligent attitude is essential.

The Cook / Culinary Team Member position is typically available as part-time or full-time work.

Experience in similar roles at well-known brands is highly desirable.
