Sky Climber Renewables is a leading independent service provider to the North American wind industry. As a Renewable Energy Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for climbing and servicing wind turbines at our Pleasant Valley wind farm in Dexter, MN.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.47 - $22/hour, as well as generous benefits and perks, including dental, vision, medical, & life coverage, a fully vested 401(k) company matching contribution plan, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, paid gear, equipment, and uniform, an on-site company vehicle, AND all-expenses paid technical training.

About the Job

You will work Monday to Thursday from 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, earning a good income while working outdoors and contributing to reducing our carbon footprint. If you are mechanically inclined, organized and detail-oriented, have excellent time management and communication skills, can work well with others, and have a positive, can-do attitude, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work-at-heights
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and within 60 miles of job location
  • Ability to pass drug screen, physical and background check
