Job Title: Waitstaff - Blythewood

At Lizard's Thicket, we are seeking a professional Waitstaff to join our team. As a Waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner
  • Take drink/food orders and answer menu-related questions
  • Suggest menu items to customers
  • Deliver drinks/food to tables accurately
  • Check on customers to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Deliver checks to customers
  • Follow cleanliness standards and complete side work assignments
  • Work collaboratively with other staff as a team
  • Provide outstanding service quality
