We are seeking a highly skilled Urologist Physician to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Bakersfield. As a General Urologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a physician-led, patient-centered practice in Bakersfield, CA. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, and we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Urologist to join our ranks.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions, including urological disorders and cancers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including medication management and surgical interventions.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories, including physical exams and diagnostic tests.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license.
- Board eligible or board certified in urology (ABMS or AOA).
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program in urology.
