Job Title: Registered Dietitian (RD)

We are seeking a part-time Registered Dietitian to join our consulting team at DiningRD. As a Registered Dietitian, you will work with skilled nursing facilities and/or behavioral health to improve the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Documentation for residents at a high risk for nutritional problems
  • Participation in the care planning process
  • Collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Provide oversight to the food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food
Qualifications:
  • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) credentials
  • Licensed (if required by State)
  • 2 years of consulting/long term care experience preferred
