Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-End Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Bainbridge Companies. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist residents and guests with utmost courtesy and urgency* Handle all resident and/or guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism* Resolve customer complaints and respond to inquiries in an accurate and timely manner* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times* Utilize software programs as per the needs of the community/property* Adhere to company standards for resident and guest services* Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
* A High School education or equivalent is required; college degree in hospitality management or business administration is a plus but not a requirement* Ability to fluently read and write English* Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions* Minimum of one year of high-end luxury or hospitality or property management experience preferred* Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job's functions

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year (dependent on experience)*

This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $58,000 - $68,000 per year (dependent on experience).* The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently on occasion.
