Essential duties include:

  • Building professional relationships with team members and healthcare providers.
  • Interpreting and fulfilling eyeglass prescriptions, ensuring accurate fitting of lenses and frames.
  • Utilizing optical prescriptions to assess customer needs and recommend suitable lenses and frames.
  • Conducting precise measurements including bridge and eye size, temple length, and pupillary distance.
  • Ensuring quality assurance through meticulous measurements and realistic delivery timelines.
  • Maximizing sales opportunities through effective management of vision care plans.
  • Implementing marketing initiatives to promote store offerings.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with healthcare providers to enhance patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Candidates typically possess the following skills:

  • State licensure or certification as required.
  • Proven sales abilities and a track record in retail or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills to exceed customer expectations.
  • Attention to detail in merchandising and store presentation.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with computer systems is preferred.

Compensation:
