We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team at Monument Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients.
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in South Dakota.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a Medical/Surgical setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
