About this Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive end-to-end supply chain improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives to improve customer experience, costs, and inventory productivity.
  • Be accountable for delivering initiatives on time, on-budget, and with desired business outcomes.
  • Build and execute change management and project management plans (including resource needs and risk management).
  • Utilize the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology as the over-arching process by which initiatives will be managed.
  • Employ analytics to quantify the value creation opportunity and as part of the solution set and controls as needed.
