Overview

At St. Luke's Health System, we strive to create a positive and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. Our Clinical Support Unit (CSU) is a dynamic department that provides a high-quality float experience to various departments and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support three units/skill sets within one service line, with options to cross-over to other service lines
  • Participate in inter-facility floating between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa
  • Self-schedule unit and location assignments based on department needs
  • Eligible for a 10% differential after orientation
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for new hires
Service Line Structure

Our CSU RNs typically work within the following service lines:

  • Medical Surgical/Telemetry: Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, Emergency Departments
  • Women's Center: Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, NICU
  • Critical Care: ICU, Emergency Departments, PICU, NICU, Telemetry
  • Children's Center: Mother/Baby, Pediatrics, PICU, NICU
  • Other: Chemotherapy, Resource RN, Infusion Center
Qualifications
  • Nursing degree
  • 1 year of RN experience, preferably in the supported service line
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
