About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-stakes projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced radio systems tailored for military applications. As a senior engineer, you'll oversee system integration, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with military standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive radio system architectures that prioritize interoperability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and logistics teams to integrate radio systems into broader military platforms.
- Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure adherence to military standards and specifications.
- Provide technical expertise and support during system integration and field deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in military communications and radio systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in job-related fields or Master's degree plus 8 years of experience.
- Agile experience preferred.
Clearance Requirements:
Able to obtain Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance preferred at time of hire.
Applicants selected will be subject to U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Target Salary Range: USD $183,277.00/Yr. - USD $203,323.00/Yr.
