Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care
  • Oversee other assigned team members and ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Current MA RN license required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills required
  • Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Bachelor degree in nursing, preferred. 2 years ED experience preferred.
