Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDL Driver to join our team at Rain for Rent. As a Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering and installing our liquid handling solutions to customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Install Liquid Handling Systems: Safely transport and install our liquid handling systems, including pipes, pumps, and filtration systems, to meet customer needs.
  • Interact with Customers: Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers to obtain signatures for work orders and invoicing as required.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate written records and work orders of all deliveries and pick-ups, including Department of Transportation (DOT) driver's logs.
  • Comply with Regulations: Comply with all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and Department of Transportation regulations and requirements.
  • Perform Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Perform required pre- and post-trip truck inspections and report any needed maintenance/repair to Branch Foreman in writing.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Driver's License: Possess a valid Class A driver's license and an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle record.
  • DOT Physical Card: Ability to obtain a DOT Physical Card.
  • Industry-Related Certification: May require industry-related certification.
  • Flexibility: Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
