Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team at Revise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical functions, including maintenance, repair, installation, and modification of equipment in residential homes for HVAC installs and home weatherization projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical wiring systems in residential homes.
  • Installation and Modification: Determine the routing of wiring and execute plans from building plans, blueprints, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and maintenance and repair manuals.
  • Electrical Systems Installation: Determine size, type, and gauge of wiring, coupling, straps, conduits, etc. to install electrical circuits, equipment, and components.
  • Conduit Systems: Utilize various conduit systems, including PVC, flexible, rigid, and electrical metallic tubing.
  • Inspection and Assessment: Inspect I.C. recessed lighting in accordance with Mass Save requirements for insulation and review and assess knob and tub wiring for insulation installation in accordance with electrical codes and Mass Save program requirements.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.

  • Timely Completion: Timely completion and accuracy of all work policies.
  • Teamwork: Working closely and harmoniously with other employees.
  • Equipment Checks: Performing and documenting complete operational checks for all equipment.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to contract requirements, safety and health regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience working as an electrician in residential homes.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid MA Journeyman Electrician License and a valid Massachusetts Driver's License.
  • Physical Demands: May perform work both indoors and outdoors as needed, may be exposed to inclement weather conditions, and requires extensive standing, walking, kneeling, and bending.
  • Team Player: Outstanding technical knowledge, excellent people skills, and focus on superior customer service. Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with others.
