Clinical Nurse Specialist

As a Registered Nurse in our Heart and Vascular team, you will provide high-quality patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions. You will work under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager to provide basic patient care to assigned patients.
Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or completion of a residency program.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
