About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct support to clients in home or community settings
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective therapy
  • Track and document client progress through data collection
  • Provide guidance and resources to families

Requirements:

  • RBT certification from the BACB
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
