Residential Pest Solutions Expert

Aptive Environmental seeks a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our full-time Pest Control Technician team as a position located on the road in the area around Knoxville, TN. This role involves resolving customer pest concerns and issues on a daily route, maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order, keeping accurate records of treatments provided, and mixing, applying, and working with pesticides following state and federal laws. The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $62,000 per year.

Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $17 - $21 an hour, plus uncapped customer upgrade and referral bonuses, annual incentive trip, up to 300 dollars in bi-weekly bonuses, company iPhone provided, and more. We also provide group health, dental, and vision plans, pet insurance, life insurance, EAP benefits, 401K with employer match up to 4%, paid holidays, and paid time off. Responsibilities and Qualifications:
The responsibilities of this position include running a daily route, maintaining truck and equipment, keeping accurate records, mixing and applying pesticides, serving as a subject matter expert, maintaining and servicing all route customers according to company standards and procedures, advising customers of potential problems, and keeping management informed of any problems encountered on service routes. The required qualifications include a US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years, a clean driving record, and a drug test and background check.
